WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ABUSE OF ANY KIND. EXAMPLES: LIQUID SPILLS, PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE PHONE OR ACCESSORIES, BROKEN PARTS INSIDE THE PHONE OR HANDSETS, LIGHTNING OR POWER STRIKES, ANY ACTS OF GOD, ETC....ALL REPLACEMENTS REQUIRE AUTHORIZATION OF CREDIT CARD FOR PURCHASE PRICE UNTIL BAD PRODUCT IS RETURNED AND INSPECTED FOR THE ABOVE ABUSE STATEMENT.

Returns, replacements, exchanges
We will accept any item(s) purchased from Tel-Data West, Inc. for return  to replace defective equipment or do an exchange within 14 days if all of the following terms below are met; All returns, replacements, and exchanges must be pre-authorized by a staff member of Tel-Data West, Inc. AND ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE REGARDLESS OF REASONS FOR RETURN. ANY ITEMS REFUSED OR ORDERS CANCELLED AFTER PRODUCT OR ITEMS HAVE SHIPPED WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE AND WILL NOT BE CREDITED BACK FOR SHIPPING.  All item returned, sent in for replacement or exchanged items must have original product boxes, manuals, cords, plastic bags, etc. for full credit. Any returned, sent in for replacement, or exchanged item missing anything will be charged a 25% re stocking fee and at the discrepancy of Tel-Data West, Inc., may not be accepted. If any item returned, sent in for return, replacement or exchange did not follow all of the above terms and you (returnee) wish to have those item sent back because we did not accept it, it will be the returnee's (you) responsibility to pay return shipping. Returns for any item(s) with a total value of $1500.00 or more will be charged a 25% re stocking fee regardless. NO CABLE CAN BE RETURNED OR CANCELLED AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED, REGARDLESS OF REASON.
